our website.
Can I see what
kind of listings you have before I pay the fee?
Absolutely. In fact, we strongly encourage you to take a look at
our actual listings before you pay the fee. That way you can see
what we have as well as what you might expect to get for your

How long does
it normally take to find a place?
Although
SwiftRent
members largely
find a place within ten days, you have access to the listings
for up to 3 months should you need it that long.

Why didn’t I get a password when I signed up on the website?
Be sure once you put in all your credit card information you
follow the prompt to set up your member ID and password. If you
have not received your member ID or password, please contact us

Please contact us immediately. It is your responsibility as a
member to contact us if you cannot login as a member [in many
cases, the member ID or password is misspelled or incorrectly
entered]. We will assist you immediately.

What is your
success rate?
Because of our diligence, landlords, realtors, and property
management companies continually thank us for helping them fill
their vacancies with serious tenants. We also offer discounts to
our returning members, as we do have repeat business and a large
volume of our members and listors come by way of word of mouth.
When does the membership expire?
Your membership expires 90 days from the date you signed-up.
How often does your new lists come out?
Our new listings come out around the clock every day [7 days a
week].
Is 90 days the shortest membership you can get?
Yes. You will not need the service for 90 days, most people tend
to find something within the first 10 days. We do this because
sometimes newcomers to San Diego need to get their bearings and
may move again in the month.
Can I pay for the listings after I find the place?
No. We provide access to the rental listings only after you
become a member.
Can I get the listings through the mail?
No. By the time you received the rental listings through the
mail the listings will be out of date [RENTED].
Is
it safe to use my credit card on-line?
Yes, you can either
sign
up here online.
Credit card
transactions over our secure site on the internet is both safe
and convenient. Our website is fully encrypted and secure so
that no unauthorized person(s) will ever see your credit card
information.
I cannot find what I’m looking for!
Please notify us immediately. Provide the structure type, area,
number of bedrooms, and maximum rent & your contact information
and we will contact you. Our coordinators will be able to help
you.
The landlord/manager does not want my copy of my credit
report. What do I do?
You must run your credit report with the landlord/manager. But,
often times you can avoid credit check fees with your own copy.
